The Customer Support at Kwiff is pretty solid. The modes of contact are not extensive, with live chat and email the only methods available.
An email contact is exactly that, an email contact and nothing to write home about. The live chat, however, is an area we were impressed by. Admittedly, it is only open between 09:00 and midnight but it is super slick at putting you in touch with an actual human, which is not all that common nowadays, and the level of engagement we received during our testing was exceptional.
The member of staff we engaged with was prompt to reply, detailed with their responses and very polite.
If the chat was 24/7 and supported by a telephone number as a last resort, we'd have zero complaints.
